We employ surveys, interviews, and analysis to identify the key strengths and weaknesses of your current environment with regard to data management and capabilities. The outcome of the Assessment phase is a more thorough understanding of your data sources, data quality and governance procedures.
We perform a Gap Analysis of your current state, benchmarking against industry leading practices in the areas of Data Acquisition and Organization, Data Quality, Transformation, Aggregation and Decision Support.
The final phase of work is the creation of a Cardiac Service Line Data Management Strategy & Roadmap. We use the assessment and gap analysis results from the earlier phases, along with industry leading practices, to generate a high-level business process strategy, with specific recommendations. We define an evolutionary path for the implementation of the target solution.
